You just gave me goosebumps; I posted today a poem about my Mom and her name is Shirley! I am not joking. I will even scan my birth certificate and email it to you, her name is on it!

She is beautiful and I'm so sad for you! xXx

My son and I saw a Blackbird this morning. They have a beautiful song, and fly very fast. Not a native to Australia, yet very much a welcome addition to any home and garden. Quite a shy bird too. Like Shirley, gone too soon.

She was taken from you way too early but I know she would be proud of you Julie.

Julie, she is as lovely as you.A very touching post, and beautiful as usual.

I went back to read the post I missed about Ms. Wagner. WOW! The photos are stunning! It was interesting reading the history and the love story between she and Gus.
Hugs to you...

What a lovely tribute; I'm sure she would have been honoured and touched, and blackbirds still sing for her.

JUli,
Your Mom was beautiful . The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, you are too. She went to soon. I know you miss her terribly. I think of my Mamma all the time. Lost her in 2003.
As long as they are in our thoughts they are still here.

Oh Julie... your Mamma could have never dreamed that women all over the world would be gazing into her lovely face today.

This is so dear, as are you. She still loves you so very much.

Dear Julie,
Such a special post for your special mum. It doesn't matter how many years go by, we still think of our parents that have passed away, everyday. I shall be thinking of you.
Also, so sorry for sporadic comments lately...... having trouble like you with the internet ! XXXX

Dearest Julie, So beautiful...such amazing eyes...she would be so proud of you. I can tell she is still here with you though in your heart and in the small gestures and quiet times. I seem to be having problems leaving comments so I hope this reaches you... hmmm I can tell Ginger is having trouble with such a beauty as your mum taking up so much room on "her" page and hogging her limelight, so I hope you don't mind but I told Ethel to tell Ginger to go and practice her taps!!! xx Katherine
