:To The Moon Alice: Dream A Little Dream

To The Moon Alice

Another full moon and I'm still dreaming of travel to distant shores. Still going down to the sea, looking out to the horizon and yearning to travel. Well it seems the October moon is also known as the travel moon!!! Perhaps that explains my wanderlust and desire to be out there in the world.. I know I'm a little late with this post, but I have been busy. Busy daydreaming and listening to the moon sing to me. If you go outside and be very still you'll hear he's telling us to:

'Dream A Little Dream'

I hope this full moon weekend .. y'all had a chance to get out there .. watch the moon
.. and ... 'dream a little dream WITH me'

Julie b

Hi Julie,
Every morning I rise at 6 a.m. to walk in the company of the moon. Recently, I've been keeping company with the full Hunter's Moon who so galantly lights my way around the block of houses that mark my 4,000 steps and 2-mile exercise routine.
I thank the moon for his gorgeous company and think of him winking at you over there in Australia!
Love you, Julie

Travel moon to guide you to your dream location.
Ahh where would that be??? Italy I'm sure. Maybe the weather would be just perfect now....not too hot.
I hope you get a chance to travel soon Julie...I know how much you long to.
Until then you can enjoy that gorgeous sky. It reminds me of the one I saw last night...pink and blue but I just watched it and did not photograph it. I knew it would not look like I saw it...never does!

Love, love the first pic!! Amazing colors and the sea so tangible! Sweet little song too! I've gotten in the travel spirit myself, surprisingly so, and I am planning a 6 weeks getaway for next year. It's the year I turn 50..., if that's not reason enough than what is!

What stunning and dreamy pictures Julie:). I loved the song too. If we don't have dreams to work on achieving - life could be dull.

oh Julie, your shots are just beautiful! Love the first one with the touch of color in the sky as if it's holding up the moon. Love them! I took some shots of the moon too from the other side of our world.

Hey lovely one, have a sh** day and saw your moon on my side bar....lets run away...haha. i have a friend doing what she is jokingly calling the "perfume tour" It is San francisco, New York Paris and London....for work but she works for a large gallery so it is going from lovely gallery to the next begging to borrow works...so maybe October is indeed the travel month, cheers Katherine xx
