To The Moon Alice: July 2011

I'M LATE

... I'm Late Late Late For My Moon Post ..

Perhaps it's the world of indecision I'm living in at present.. or just the fact the moon is hiding behind rain clouds .. but  either way I'm late for the Full Moon which was TWO DAYS AGO ...   Heaven Forbid!!! The world is going to come to an end... !!! The biorhythms of blogland will be out of balance.. A tilt has been detected... So I will correct the imbalance 'tout de suite' by putting a bit of pink in my think with a lack of blue in my view!!!  by bringing you 'Pink By The Bay' to brighten up your day!!

All the above shots were taken at twilight along the bay where I live..  and yes, these are the actual colours... Pink Seas, Pink Skies and a little lavender to please the eye...  Lucky for me I get to see this in the flesh.. I wish though.. that I could see this from my window.. because I am greedy!!! and I want it all!!! I'm tired of second best and want the world laid out at my feet for my choosing !!! [Ok getting carried away now]

In the spirit of pinking up the world and chasing the blues away..
I've given the Blue Lady a little Pink makeover..
I think she likes it!!..
She looks pretty darn happy to me..

Hope you all have a lovely weekend and ....

Put A Bit Of Pink In Your Think

Thanks for indulging my need for Pink
We will be returning to Le Tour Coverage next post...

I like it. You're very good at giving make-overs. And your photos are fabulous, as always. You know, second best is better than third best, or fourth best.
Hugs and love.

Oh dearest, your magic is always timely!!!! I LOVE THE PINK you have given this lovely lady, and your vision is always perfect for the moment at hand. It seems like the whole PLANET is under a cloud of rain; we had SO MUCH RAIN YESTERDAY and today is is a STEAM SAUNA OUTSIDE, at 6:30am! I was hoping to go out today, but I had heard that we are going to have dangerous heat until WED., and this precipitation has caused such a humid state of affairs!

Be well, carry on!!! Anita

That is such a gorgeous beach. Holly cow, is that rosemary growing on the beach? That image of a Lady is beautiful.
Your wording cracked me up.
Been weeding flower beds trying to stop smoking, I started after
my man Thor died. Bought an elec cig. Ugh!.

yvonne love my photos, thanks

HEY THERE GORGEOUS! Wooo this humidity is horrible! Took out the trash and had to make a run for it back in the house; I could hardly BREATH!

Wishing you a magical Monday! Anita

And wouldn't you just LOVE to have a blue vintage phone?

I think that first pink is my favorite. Your moon shots always amaze me. So gorgeous!

You are so lucky to live near that view. It is spectacular.

Moon envy here. I don't know where it is. We're living under a dense cloud of something horrible...a heat wave. We've been hiding out in the condo for a day now, the boys' baseball games were canceled. Everything's off kilter--I'm up at 4 a.m. the coolest part of any day...reading posts...trying to feel better.

Your moon post is good medicine :)
Thank you, Julie...nice to know that somewhere in the world, the moon still glows.

Had to write you another note about your comment on the Ramsign! I laughed when I saw the comment. Showed to my daughter and she almost died. She would always know where she lived. You are a piece of work, Julie!

We had the pretties pink sky the other night. It was stunning but in a minute it was gone. Of course I had run in to get my camera .....too late.

I love the foreground of rosemary...or is it hebe? I know that is a native plant of Australia.

How are you? I've been so busy with real life that I'm very behind in my blog visits. I'm trying to catch up a little at a time without getting too stressed about it. It sounds as if something is happening with you...I need to read backwards and see if you have discussed it! I love the shades and colors in these photos. I wish I could see them in person!

Love the colors today. Vibrant , yet soft.

And Ms Blue Lady looks fab with her smile and adornment!
