OH DEAREST...don't get me started now on a GREEK ISLAND PARTY! Imagine the fun? Since I was a child, I dreamed of going to Greece on my honeymoon! I WILL GET THERE ONE DAY! Meanwhile, your postcardesque photography will take me sailing away to a land of enchantment. Be well, Anita
Love, love, love Greek islands. I was fortunate to spend an extended time on Skiathos a hundred years ago in my youth. those wonderful memories have lasted me a lifetime! OXOX Dianne
You & me both, Julie. Little Julie loves to hear stories about the Greek isles. She'd be very happy to sit in a basket on a terrace in Santorini where I used to go...sigh.
I keep telling her she needs to get some sort of work. She'd be a great "ad cat."
me too...! Gorgeous images, dreamy...I'm getting a cold...unfortunately! it's so miserable here today...where's the sun hiding? Have a great day Julie. Stay warm xo
Your post are amazing, Julie. You should publish a photo book. Beautiful work! Love to see Greece. My husband and I are going to the Greek island next month. Big hugs to you
Hey Julie, Thanks for stopping by my blog. Glad you saw my boatshed in ACS. Believe me, space is definitely a problem! I love John Derian too - I went to his shop in Manhattan and he was there but I couldn't speak to him due to nerves! Beth x
Julie, those old wooden buildings dangling over the harbor in the Little Venice section of Mykonos make for a much-photographed motif -- but I'm sure I've ever seen a more atmospheric, artful rendering than with your photo here! Ah, nice reminder that my own trip ther is coming up shortly -- I've become a complete chronic offender when it comes to the Cyclades! All the best, Michael
book your flight now ...there's that great party i was talking about...other than a difference of 8 inches, nationality, and your bloody strong accent, you could be passed off as me...funny how we both blogged about Greece....i was just coming over to visit you when i saw your comment....so in tune...love the pics...they look like old paintings that are hanging on the wall of a great little cafe on Crete....
